Complaints
Do you have any complaints regarding the goods or other matters concerning “Inspickle”? Send us an e-mail info@inspickle.com.
After receiving the complaint, you will receive a confirmation. We will respond to your complaint within 24 hours of receipt, if we need more time then we will inform you.  We will make every effort to arrive at a satisfactory solution.

Return policy (right of withdrawal)
If the ordered goods do not meet your expectations, you have the right to return the items within 14 days. This period commences on the day following receipt of the product by you or pre-designated by you and Inspickle announced representative. The costs of returning are for customers own expense.

Please send us an e-mail and we will send you a instructions for return. The return must include all items in original condition and unused and undamaged. Inspickle will reimburse all payments to the consumer, excluding any delivery costs within 14 days following the day on which the consumer notifies him of the return. Inspickle uses the same means of payment used by the customer for reimbursement unless the consumer agrees to a different method. The repayment is free of charge for consumers.
